Our vision is to keep leaders mentally and spiritually healthy. Our desire is to come alongside them as they lead their people and grow their businesses. We will accomplish this by utilizing Bible based counseling practices and Christian based business strategies.
How We Started
Are you a Pastor, CEO, Business Owner with so much weight you can hardly bear? Has your church, business, or you suffered? Do you feel as though you are sinking? Do you feel alone?
Forever Pathways Ministries was started from the hearts of CEO and Pastor, Randy Paulson and Nurse and Counselor, Denise Paulson. The enemy is hard at work with his agenda to steal, kill, and destroy and as a leader there are fewer people to draw from without igniting fear.
2 Chronicles 7:14 reads “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land”. This verse is rich with meaning. Your “land” could be a reference to you, your home, your business, etc. We will walk alongside you to help you strengthen your “structure” to create a FOREVER PATHWAY to your legacy. God designed us to be in relationships. Nowhere in scripture does it indicate that once you become a leader, you will no longer need support. We are here to offer strategic planning for growth on multiple levels infused with spiritual development and support for your FOREVER PATHWAY.
We are a blended family and understand the challenges of balancing life and work. The confusion of the world pulling you this way and that. Battling loneliness at the top of a company and no one to talk to.
But then...GOD!!!
When we experienced the Love of the Lord Jesus Christ our world changed dramatically for the better. We are so thankful and have never been the same. We long to share God's steadfast love and guidance with people.
Relationships are the heart of the Father. We would love to walk with you through personal and professional conflicts.
Randy's extensive background in strategic planning and company growth lend a solid supportive consulting structure.
Denise's extensive background in counseling, care, and nursing offer foundational spiritual growth through identity.
