About Us
Denise Paulson
Denise specializes in offering pastoral counseling and spiritual direction for those struggling with abuse, anxiety, depression, marriage, and identity struggles (Galatians 6:2). She firmly believes that God can redeem any life no matter the hurt and destruction and strives to bring this into the counseling relationship through her nurturing style. Denise has had a variety of different experiences which has influenced her ministry over the years including being a leader in the church (women's groups, commissioned coach, marriage conferences, and community support), working as a registered nurse, and pioneering faith-based support groups. She believes with all her heart that whom the Son sets free, is free indeed (John 8:36). Denise is passionate about loving people (John 15:12). She desires to offer hope and freedom through Biblical foundation. You are defined by God, not what you have been through. Her ministry is to bring truth about your identity in Christ, providing support along your healing journey, then understanding and learning how to trust God with your heart to not just survive but thrive in life.
Denise is a Licensed Pastoral Counselor (LPC) and Certified Pastoral Temperament Counselor (CPTC) through the National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA). She is a Licensed Minister of the Gospel commissioned to the ministry of counseling through Renaissance Coalition (RENCO). Denise is also a Board-Certified Mental Health Coach (BCMHC) through Light University. Denise is a certified SYMBIS leader and has a leadership development Certificate through Bayside College.
Randy Paulson
Randy has extensive experience in both corporate and ministries. He has held numerous roles including executive management in both corporate and ministries. Randy specializes in strategic planning, organizational structure, staff development, volunteer development, next steps design, development, and implementation.
Randy has a passion to come alongside leaders. He knows from his own experiences that it can be lonely at the top. Pastors and top executive leaders don't have anyone safe to share their burdens. Randy knows that sometimes leaders need advice and sometimes they just need someone to listen to them, Randy's able to do both advise or listen. He knows that leaders and Pastors need someone they can trust not just for a season, but forever.
Randy is a certified premarital and marital counselor through SYMBIS and certified Mental Health Coach through Light University. He holds a Leadership Development Certificate through Bayside College and an Advanced Management and Leadership Certificate through the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
